Marine Depot Return Policy?
Marine Depot was acquired by Bulk Reef Supply (BRS) and ceased operations on July 30, 2021. All website traffic is now redirected to BRS. For orders placed prior to June 23, 2021, Marine Depot's return policy was honored. However, all sales on or after June 23, 2021, at Marinedepot.com were final.
Now, for purchases from BRS, there is a Risk-Free 365 Day Returns policy. All items sent back to BRS need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) supplied by BRS. To get an RMA number and return instructions, customers can contact BRS directly.
For orders placed in the last 60 days, customers can choose between a refund to the original form of payment or Reward Points. If it's over 60 days, the refund is issued in the form of Reward Points.
If a customer changes their mind about a product after opening the box and it's still unused, a return can be accepted and a refund offered minus a 10% restocking fee, as long as the item was purchased from the BRS website within the last 30 days, is unused, and has never touched water.
Please note, some exclusions apply. Drop-shipped items, frozen foods, live goods, and items sold under clearance are not eligible for return to BRS.
